Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

1: Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.
 

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Include your order ID and clear photos showing the issue

 

We do not require you to return the damaged item.

For multiple items using the same design, we may request a group photo (or video) showing all affected products in one frame.

2: Returns & Exchanges

All our products are made to order, which means we cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color

  • You changed your mind after ordering

We encourage you to check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing an order.

3: Undeliverable or Lost Orders
If your order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address:

  • A refund of the product price only will be issued

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
     

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and work toward a resolution.
